INVITATION TO BID
Bids will be received by the Port LaBelle Community Development District (District), by hand delivery or mail. Bid envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked: “Sealed Bid for 2025-26 Overlay Paving Project, Bid #2026-001” Bids will be accepted until 10AM on February 19, 2026, and shall be opened promptly thereafter. Bids received after 10AM (EST) will be unopened and returned to the bidder. The work to be performed consists of installing approximately 6 miles of 1 1/2” thick SP-9.5 asphalt and other associated work.
The owner reserves the right to hold all proposals for sixty (60) days and to reject any or all proposals, with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities or to accept the bid in its judgement that best serves the owner.
