ADVERTISEMENT Sealed proposals will be received by the Township of Moon of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania through the Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN) at www.questcdn.com until 11:00 AM prevailing time on February 2, 2026 for the following: CONTRACT NO. 26-R01 2026 ROAD MAINTENANCE – CRACK SEALING The scope of work includes the approximately 50,000 LF rubberized crack sealing on various Township Roads and Alternates for additional linear footage. All bidders are required to buy the Bid Documents in PDF format for a non-refundable deposit from QuestCDN using project number 9985128. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
