The Mississippi Division of Medicaid (DOM) Office of Procurement has released a Request for Applications (RFX #3150006658) seeking qualified candidates for the Model Care Coordinator / Grant Manager position to implement the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) Access Model. This role serves as a subject-matter expert in patient coordination, reimbursement, and data reporting, focusing on managing and operationalizing the CGT Access Model to facilitate member access to advanced sickle cell disease therapies and ensure optimal care outcomes. The rate of pay for this position will be $50.48 per hour plus fringe benefits, with an annual limit of 1,840 hours. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Medical Sciences, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field. The contract period is anticipated to begin April 1, 2026, and end December 31, 2030.
