NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING   Notice is hereby given that Glenfield Borough Council will conduct a public hearing on February 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., at 315 Dawson Avenue, Sewickley, PA 15143, concerning a conditional use application filed by Steel City Landscape, Inc. for operation of a landscaping business on property located at 240 and 246 East Beaver Street, Sewickley, PA 15143, pursuant to the Borough Zoning Ordinance and the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. The hearing will be conducted by the Borough Solicitor on behalf of Borough Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard, may present testimony and evidence, and may be represented by counsel. Borough Council will render a decision on the application in accordance with the Municipalities Planning Code.
