Notice of available funding for youth workforce development programs to operate under the provisions of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The Land of Lincoln Workforce Alliance is soliciting proposals for programs that serve eligible out-of-school youth. The funding period will be June 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 with an option to renew for 1 year based on performance. Total, annual funding awarded for youth programs is projected to be between $300,000 and $400,000. We anticipate to award 1-3 contracts.
