SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING The Town Council of the Town of Cinco Bayou will hold a Special Meeting to consider Okaloosa County’s site plan for a major development order for the Sea Way Boat Launch, Cinco Bayou, Florida on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. All meetings will be open to the press and public. A copy of the meeting can be inspected by any member of the public at the Cinco Bayou Town Hall, 10 Yacht Club Drive, Cinco Bayou, Florida 32548 during the business hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Any interested party who decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered during this meeting, will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This notice does not constitute consent by the Town for the introduction or admission of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law.
