NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF PERRY ZONING ORDINANCE.   YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a public hearing will be held by the City of Perry City Council in the Clarion Room at the Security Bank Building, located at 1102 Willis Avenue in Perry, IA at 6:00 p.m. on the 2nd day of February, 2026. The purpose of the public hearing will be to inform and take comments from the public about a proposed amendment requesting rezoning from Agricultural District (AG) to Light Industrial District (LI) the following legally described area: "Lot One (1) of Perry Industrial Park in the E 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 14, Township 81 North, Range 28 West of the 5th P.M., Dallas County, Iowa" The general location of the property for the proposed zoning change is generally described as: Dallas County, Iowa Parcel 0214227001 All interested persons are invited to attend these meetings and be heard on the aforementioned proposed adoption of the amendment.
