Notice to Bidders   Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources (PBMHR) is now accepting sealed bids for the upgrading of our existing wide area network needed to link all our facilities to the main data center in Hattiesburg, MS. The current network is a mixture of a switched ethernet solution from one of 2 vendors in addition to various Internet services used to establish site-to-site VPN tunnels back to the main datacenter. PBMHR operates facilities in eighteen counties in central and southern Mississippi. The counties in the PBMHR service area are Amite, Covington, Forrest, Franklin, Greene, Hancock, Harrison, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Marion, Pearl River, Perry, Pike, Stone, Walthall, and Wayne. Bids will be accepted until February 28, 2026. In order for a vendor to submit a bid they have to be registered with USAC and have a 498 ID/SPIN.
