John Doe/Unknown Father, the Alleged Father of the minor child Samuel Nyepan, whose last known address is unknown, is hereby notified that a Motion to Extend Court Ordered Supervision has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, Division of Domestic Relations, 373 S. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215, requesting that custody orders related to, Rosalind Nyepan and Samuel Nyepan, neglected, abused, and/or dependent children, be extended. You are commanded to appear before said Court for a hearing on the 13th of February, 2026 at 9:00 am before Magistrate Thompson at 373 S. High St., 5th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215. The Court will appoint an attorney to any indigent party.
