NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Webster will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Webster City Hall, located at 85 E. Central Avenue, Webster, FL 33597. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the approval of the proposed Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Facilities Planning Document for the City’s Wastewater Facilities Plan Project, funded through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) CWSRF program. The hearing will include a discussion of the Facilities Plan, the need for the project, proposed improvements, project alternatives, cost estimates, and the financial impact of the selected alternative. All interested members of the public are encouraged to attend and participate.
