Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on December 24, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Westchester County Courthouse, Lobby of the Courthouse, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, White Plains, NY 10601 on March 27, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., premises known as 9 Crest Lane, Scarsdale, NY 10583. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Scarsdale, County of Westchester and State of New York, Section 22, Block 17 and Lot 73. Approximate amount of judgment is $886,081.47 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # 55194/2023.
