NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please Take Notice that the City Plan Commission of the City of Marshfield, State of Wisconsin, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at 7:00PM located in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 207 West 6th Street on Tuesday, February 17th, 2026, at which time all persons interested or their Agents or Attorneys may be heard on the following matters:
1. Conditional Use Permit Request submitted by Joseph Radach (Contour Development LLC) on behalf of Midland Management LLC, representing Chipotle Restaurant, requesting to have an outdoor eating area and an exception to the 40 foot stacking requirement for the property proposed to be located on North Central Avenue just North of West Kalsched St., on the parcel currently listed as 33-03216A, and zoned as "CMU" Community Mixed Use.
