This work will take place at various public housing properties in Brevard County. The bid package can be accessed at www.habc.us under the Procurement Tab or picked up at 1686 Marywood Rd., Melbourne, FL 32934. The mandatory walk-through/pre bid meeting will be at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 19th, 2026, at 3304 Pelham St, Melbourne, FL 32901. Sealed bids are due by 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 5th, 2026, and should be mailed or delivered in a conspicuously marked envelope, "IFB# BC2026-0001 HABC Utility Conversion Project" to the HABC CFP office at 1686 Marywood Rd., Melbourne, FL 32934. Bids received after that time will be unopened and not considered. Sealed bids will be opened at 2:01 P.M. on Thursday, March 5th, 2026.
