PUBLIC NOTICE
The Harborcreek Township Zoning Hearing Board will assemble on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, 5601 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek, PA to consider the appeals of:
Appeal No. 2026-3
Jason Fultz, owner of property located at 391 Malbett Place, Erie County Index No. (27) 29-27-14; requesting to decrease the front yard setback from the required 50 ft. to 12 ft. and side yard setback from 30 ft. to 5 ft. for the purpose of constructing a single-family dwelling. Property is zoned Agriculture.
This application can be reviewed at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, Zoning Office during regular business hours. All those desiring to do so may come to the hearing and be heard.
