Notice is hereby given that the Office of the Los Angeles County Public Administrator as Administrator of the estate of NORBERT VICTOR aka VICTOR NORBERT LACEY, VICTOR NORBERT , Deceased, will sell at Public Auction on January 21, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. on the premises, to the highest and best bidder upon the terms and conditions hereinafter mentioned, subject to the confirmation by the Superior Court, all right, title and interest that the estate of said decedent has by operation of law or otherwise acquired other than, or in addition to, that of said decedent at the time of death, subject to the confirmation by the Superior Court, in and to all of that certain real property described as follows, to-wit:
The land referred to herein below is situated in the County of San Bernardino, State of California and is described as follows:
Lots 50 and 51, block 11, Cedarpines Park no. 2, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in book 23 of maps, page 13, recorded of said county.

Commonly known as: 21854 Whispering Pines Drive, Cedarpines Park, California. Said real property is sold “as is, where is, with no warranty expressed or implied.
The first Ten Thousand ( $10,000.00 ) dollars or 10% deposit must be in the form of a Cashier's Check.
The sale will be made on the following terms: Cash in lawful money of the United States upon the confirmation of sale. Deposit of ten percent in cash upon acceptance of bid.
A forty five-day escrow
The undersigned reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to postpone the sale from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Section 10305 of the Probate Code.
