3. City of Wadley, Georgia;
4. Jefferson County, Georgia; and

Take notice that: Pursuant to OCGA Section 48-4-45 and Section 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that lot of land and all improvements thereon located in the City of Wadley, 83rd District G.M., Jefferson County, Georgia, lying on the west side of Donovan Street (also known as St. Mark Street), and being the same lot conveyed to Eunice Whitaker from Dorothy King Moxley by warranty deed dated December 11, 1960 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court, Jefferson County, Georgia, in Deed Book WW, folio 19-20.
This lot is bound on the East by Donovan Street a distance of 43 feet; on the West a distance of 43 feet by the Louella Grant Estate; on the South a distance of 128 feet by Sara Tarver; on the North a distance of 125 feet by land of Ruby Davis.
As described in Deed Book 3Z, Page 488; Deed Book 150, Page 227. Further described as Map & Parcel W002 027.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on after the 9th day of March, 2026. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of November, 2022, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jefferson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 629, at Pages 36-37.
The property may be redeemed at any time before March 9, 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Janet Fleming, at 817 Mimosa Drive, Louisville, Georgia 30434.
