POUR-AND-PLAY SURFACING PROJECT The City of Wisconsin Rapids will receive sealed bids for the Pour-and-Play Surfacing Project in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes §62.15 and the City of Wisconsin Rapids Public Bidding Procedures (January 2026). Bids will be accepted until February 16th 2026 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at: City of Wisconsin Rapids –Park and Recreation Department 220 3rd Ave South Wisconsin Rapids WI 54495 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to install approximately 3,001 square feet of poured-in-place (pour-and-play) surfacing, including but not limited to: • Surface preparation and layout • Furnishing and installing poured-in-place rubber surfacing system • Compliance with applicable ASTM, ADA, and playground safety standards • Up to 3 different colors • Final cleanup and restoration of the work area The project location is 1911 Gaynor Ave Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin 54495.
