PROCEEDINGS OF THE WRPS SPECIAL BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING December 8, 2025 – 7:36 p.m. Board Members Present: John Benbow, Troy Bier, Christopher Inda, John Krings, Jaime Sparkes, Kathi Stebbins-Hintz, Elizabeth St.Myers The Board unanimously approved to move into closed sessions for the purpose of reviewing individual job performance evaluation information and to perform the Board's annual evaluation of the Superintendent's job performance; and to consider individual administrator contract renewals/extensions and administrator compensation and benefit information. * The Board reconvened in open session at 9:11 p.m. * Unanimously approved the early retirement of Tracy Ginter effective June 30, 2026. * Unanimously approved a wage increase of 2.95% for all administrators and the Superintendent for the 2025-26 school year, retroactive to July 1, 2025. * Unanimously approved to increase the administrator and the Superintendent's professional organization and memberships benefit from $1,000 to $1,250 beginning with the 2026-27 school year.
