Deceased, and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Richard E. Wren, Deceased; Kathy J. Smith and, if Deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators and Representatives of Kathy J. Smith, and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Kathy J. Smith, et al; John Doe Unknown Spouse of Kathy J. Smith and, if Deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators and Representatives of John Doe, Unknown Spouse of Kathy J. Smith, and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of John Doe, Unknown Spouse of Kathy J. Smith, et al; Unknown Occupants of 515 Fountain Street, Marion, OH 43302 whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on August 20, 2025 MARION COUNTY TREASURER filed a complaint in the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County, Ohio, being case no. 2025 CV 0397, seeking to foreclose upon and sell the following described real estate to collect unpaid real estate taxes and assessments: 515 Fountain Street, Marion, OH 43302, Marion County.
Defendants may file an answer in this case, which must be filed with the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County Clerk and a copy provided to the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney on or before 28 days from the last date of publication.
If Said Defendants do not appear and defend in this action, Plaintiff may take a judgment against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
