After reading the Motion, the Court finds that Plaintiff has shown that service of process cannot reasonably be made on Defendants, The Estate of Ryan L. Thomas and Natasha Thomas by the methods provided in MCR 2.105(A). Plaintiff has demonstrated that diligent attempts to locate Defendants and their current address and to then serve Defendants, The Estate of Ryan L. Thomas and Natasha Thomas, will not be successful as there is no known mailing address for either Defendant. The Court further finds that, pursuant to MCR 2.106, that service of process by publication is the best available method of service of process reasonably calculated to give Defendants actual notice of the proceedings and an opportunity to be heard. IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff is directed to serve process on Defendants, The Estate of Ryan L. Thomas and Natasha Thomas, by publishing notice for a period of three consecutive weeks in the Monroe News and Washtenaw Legal News and otherwise in conformance with MCR 2.106. IT IS SO ORDERED. Hon.
