BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a AMENDED WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 11th day of March, 2026 the following property to-wit :
1.00 acres lying in Section 5, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, more particulalry described as follows:
Commencing at the point where the section line common to Sections 4 and 5 meets the easterly right of way line of Highway 1, then run north 16°01' west 209.45 feet then run south 69°00' west 80.3 feet then run south 16°01' east 719.35 feet thence run south 16°07' east 150 feet to point of beginning.
Then run south 69°00' west 291.5 feet' thence run south 16°07' east 150 feet; then run north 69°00' east 291.5 feet; then run north 16°07' west 150 feet to the point of beginning.
Said tract is shown on certificate of survey by Frank L. Willis, Registered Land Surveyor, dated 20 September 1989.
