PUBLIC NOTICE   PLUMSTED MUNICIPAL UTILTIES AUTHORITY   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in compliance with P.L. 2025, c. 72, enacted on June 30, 2025, the Plumsted Municipal Utilities Authority will publish all of its public and legal notices on the official website of the Plumsted Municipal Utilities Authority beginning March 1, 2026.   A website section containing the notices may be accessed as of March 1, 2026 via a button to be labeled “Current Legal Notices” located on the front of the Plumsted Municipal Utilities Authority homepage at:   https://www.plumsted.org/plumsted-mua/pages/current-legal-notices   The notices also will be shared for publication on the website of the New Jersey Department of State (NJDOS) effective March 1, 2026, pursuant to P.L. 2025, c. 72 and N.J.S.A. 35:31-1 to 5. The NJDOS has announced that it is working to finalize the hyperlink intake process.
