NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE
STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
COUNTY OF 1ST DISTRICT HINDS
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated August 17, 2006, executed by BARBARA J ALEXANDER and CHARLES ALEXANDER conveying certain real property therein described to JIM B. TOHILL, as Trustee, for AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein described, as same appears of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of 1st District Hinds County, Mississippi filed and recorded September 13, 2006, in Deed Book 6554, Page 868; and
WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Asset Backed Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series AMQ 2006-HE7 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series AMQ 2006-HE7; and
WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as Substitute Trustee; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, as Substitute Trustee or his duly appointed agent, by virtue of the power, duty and authority vested and imposed upon said Substitute Trustee shall, on March 11, 2026 within the lawful hours of sale between 11:00AM and 4:00PM at the main north front door of Hinds County Courthouse proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds ONLY, the following described property situated in 1st District Hinds County, Mississippi, to wit:
LOT 11, NORTH RIDGECREST PARK, A SUBDIVISION OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF HINDS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS SHOWN BY A PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 47 IN THE RECORDS OF THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCERY CLERK OF HINDS COUNTY AT JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI, REFERENCE TO WHICH IS MADE IN AID OF THIS DESCRIPTION.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: The street address of the property is believed to be 846 BERWOOD DR, JACKSON, MS 39206. In the event of any discrepancy between this street address and the legal description of the property, the legal description shall control.
Title to the above described property is believed to be good, but I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.
