High St., Columbus, OH 43215; seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 6100 Northbend Dr., Canal Winchester, OH 43110, Parcel No. 490-225312-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims.
