The Plymouth Zoning Board of Appeals on the Zoning Bylaw will hold a Public Hearing in the Great Hall, Town Hall, 26 Court Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to hear the petition of Ryan and Kate Burke requesting a Applicant must seek Zoning board of appeals relief per ZBL section 203-9 subsection C in order to demolish the existing structure down to the foundation due to unsafe and deteriorated framing, and construct a new code-compliant single-family dwelling on the existing foundation with modest footprint expansions. The new home will include two stories, approximately 2,080sq. ft/ of living space, and a layout consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Proposed ridge height is 28.1 feet.
