In accordance with the Town of Charlton Zoning By-Laws, you are hereby being notified of a Public Hearing on: Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Raafat Shenoda, petitioner for the property located at 9 City Depot Road, Charlton, MA, Assessors Map 26A, Block A, Lot 7, has applied to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a Special Permit/Variance of the Town of Charlton Zoning Ordinance.
Presently located on the premises is a multi-unit single-story commercial building and is zoned Residential – Small Enterprise. The petitioner seeks to replace a walk-in cooler and build a 200 square foot storage room.
The petitioner seeks to Appeal the Building Commissioner/Zoning Enforcement Officers order dated January 8, 2026.
A meeting will be held on this Appeal at the Town of Charlton – Municipal Building, Meeting Room 1, 37 Main St., Charlton, MA on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing will allow you to be heard relative to the approval of this application.
