BUILDING ABATEMENT AND DEMOLITION
forthe condemned barn structure located at
5307 North 40th Street,
Sheboygan, WI 53083
PROJECT
The work includes the abatement and demolishing of one (1) condemned barn structure, including all contents, pavements, removal of all farm equipment, corn crib gates, fences, camper(s), etc. located at 5307 NORTH 40th STREET (PIN 59024341572). The barn shall be removed, followed by disposal of all demolition debris and any discovered hazardous materials. The barn shall be disconnected from electric utilities and water utility via the onsite well, and site restoration shall be completed. Electric utilities and water utility shall remain connected to the residence on the property at all times during the demolition
activities.
BIDDING
Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., Local Time, on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, in the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Sheboygan, 4020 Technology Parkway, Sheboygan, WI 53083. Afterthe official Bid closing time, the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud atthe Town of Sheboygan Clerk's office.
The Town of Sheboygan reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid it deems most favorable or advantageous to the Town.
BIDDING DOCUMENTS
Prospective Bidders must purchase contract documents through Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN) on the QUESTCDN website (www.questcdn.com). Prospective bidders will need the seven-digit QuestCDN project number (10065082) to locate the job on the QuestCDN website search page.
There is a $50.00 nonrefundable cost for downloading the contract documents in a PDF format. Bids will not be accepted from any prospective bidder who has not purchased contract documents through QuestCDN.

INSPECTION OF SITE
By submitting a bid for the project, the contractor certifies that he/she has inspected the Property and the work site and is familiar with all existing conditions. There will be an on-site MANDATORY pre-bid conference and walk-through on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time for the purpose
of bidding contractors and sub-contractors to examine the Building and Property.
LEGAL PROVISIONS
The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 60.47, 66.0901, and 779.15 of the Wisconsin Statutes
