NOTICE TO BIDDERS   The Upper Moreland Township is soliciting sealed bids for the Renovations and Additions for Administration and Police Building (“Project”) located in Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Sealed Bids for all contracts shall be delivered to Patrick Stasio, Township Manager, no later than 10:00 AM prevailing time on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, to the Upper Moreland Township, 117 Park Ave, Willow Grove, PA 19090, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The project is funded, in part, by the following Commonwealth of Pennsylvania programs, Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP), Ref. Nos. ME-3275 & ME-4270, Economic Development and Community Development Initiatives Program, Ref. Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of a non-refundable fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Checks or money orders shall be made payable to “CHA” and mailed to 1 E.
