LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Paradise Township, York County, PA, intends to adopt Ordinance No. 2026-01, Amending the Paradise Township Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map as Amended, hereinafter summarized, at a public hearing and public meeting, which shall take place on March 9, 2026. The public meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. in the Paradise Township Municipal Building, 82 Beaver Creek Road Abbottstown, PA 17301. The public hearing will occur during the meeting. The Ordinance rezones a portion of a tract of land identified as UPI#42000GD0030C000000, identified as Lincoln Highway, located along Moulstown Road from Medium Residential to Village.
