NOTICE OF MEETING
NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD
NOTICE is hereby given that the Newtown Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Municipal Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Newtown, PA 18940, to conduct a hearing on the following application and other such business properly before the Zoning Hearing Board:
1. Appeal 1248-26: Gary Webber, Applicant, and Pheasant Properties LLC, Owner, request the following zoning relief to permit use of the Subject Property for Automobile Repairs. The Applicant seeks variances pursuant to the Newtown Township Joint Municipal Zoning Ordinance of 2007, as amended, specifically Section 702(A) & Appendix C to permit an E-12 Auto Repair use on the property where the E-12 Auto Repair use is not permitted within the LI District and Section 803(E)(E-12)(4) to permit the use of 19 exclusive off-street parking spaces where a minimum of 100 exclusive off-street parking spaces are required. The Subject Property is located at 4-6 Pheasant Run, Newtown Township, Newtown, PA, Tax Map Parcel #29-10-152. The Subject Property is located in the LI – Light Industrial District.
