LEGAL NOTICE Diagonal Road Resurfacing Goshen Township Ohio Public Works Commission Sealed bids for the above-referenced project will be received by Goshen Township until 2 PM on March 10, 2026 at the Goshen Township Police District, 14003 W. South Range Rd., Salem, OH 44460. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 6 PM on March 10, 2026 at the Goshen Township Trustees’ meeting (14003 W. South Range Rd., Salem, OH 44460).  Plans, specifications and bidding forms can be obtained only from Thomas Fok & Associates, Inc. at 3896 Mahoning Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44515, (330) 799-1501, for a non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00), plus postage and handling, if applicable, for each set of Contract Documents and Drawings. Checks are to be made payable to Thomas Fok & Associates, Inc. This project includes overlaying the existing asphalt pavement with 2" of new asphalt pavement on Diagonal Road from South Duck Creek Road to West Middletown Road. Project length is 5,470' with an average width of 21'.  The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities in bidding.
