PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Planning Board of the Town of Hopkinton will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 7:00 P.M., on proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaws and Zoning Map. The subject matter of the proposed changes is below. This hearing will be held via Zoom meeting service. 1. Amend Chapter 210, Article XXXVI, MBTA Communities Multi-Family Overlay District (MCMOD), to achieve full compliance with Section 3A of the Zoning Act (MGL Chapter 40A) and 760 CMR 72.00 by modifying the bylaw and map to satisfy Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) requirements related to land area, unit capacity, gross density, and contiguity.

2. Amend Article XI, Inclusionary Development Bylaw, Section 210-62, Fees-in-Lieu of Affordable Housing Unit Provision, with respect to the calculation of the payment to be made for each affordable unit not constructed or provided through one or a combination of the methods specified in this Article.
