NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to John Doe, the unknown heirs of John Doe, deceased; Jane Doe, the unknown heirs of Jane Doe, deceased; and
PUBLIC NOTICE is also given to all other persons having any interest in and to the following described proceedings for the establishment of said public highway or claiming any right, title or interest in and to the property described below, and
That a petition signed by ten (10) or more persons, residents and real property taxpayers of Maricopa County, Arizona, has been presented to the Board of Supervisors, praying for the establishment of a public road(s) described as follows:
223rd Avenue consistent with the rights-of-way and appurtenances as depicted in “Trail of Light”, a subdivision recorded in Book 884 of Maps, Page 27, Maricopa County Records lying in a portion of Section 26 – T5N, R3W, Maricopa County, Arizona.
Containing 3.56 Acres
General Vicinity: 223rd Avenue and Dixileta Drive, lying within Supervisor District 4, in an unincorporated area.
Said road(s) having been surveyed and a map thereof prepared by the County Engineer that pursuant to the provisions of ARS §28-6701, a hearing on said petition will be held by the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County, Arizona, in the meeting room of said Board located at 205 West Jefferson, Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, on the 11th day of March, 2026 at 9:30 A.M., for the purpose of considering the feasibility, advantage and necessity of the highway sought to be established, and you and each of you, and all persons wishing to object to the action prayed for in said petition are directed to file with said Board of Supervisors a statement in writing setting forth any objection or opposition and to show cause why said petition should not be granted.
