You are hereby notified that on the 16th day of October, 2018, the then Treasurer of the County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, sold at public sale to Stamp House Holdings, LLC the tax lien upon the following described real estate, situate in the City of Pueblo and County of Pueblo, viz:
LOTS 1 + 2 BLK 251 EAST PUEBLO HEIGHTS SUB + FRAC LOT 1 BLK 251 FLETCHER HILL SUB
said sale being made to satisfy the delinquent general taxes assessed against said property for the year 2017, and certificate of purchase numbered 307 book 2018 was issued to Stamp House Holdings, LLC by said Treasurer.
That subsequent taxes upon said property for the years 2018 to 2024 inclusive were paid by the holder of said certificate of purchase.
That at the time of said assessment and said sale said property was taxed in the name of Thomas E. Lavine/Dolores Lavine.
That Stamp House Holdings, LLC the present holder of said certificate of purchase has made application to me to offer at Treasurer’s Deed Auction for a Treasurer's or Tax Deed to said property, provided the same has not been redeemed from said sale for taxes prior to the start time of the Treasurer’s Deed Auction.
That I will Offer for sale at public auction on or after 24th day of June A.D., 2026 at 4:30 p.m. MT, the above listed property. Upon conclusion Of the sale and receipt Of payment by the successful bidder execute and deliver a Treasurer's Deed to said property in the name of the successful bidder.
