ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or lots, parcel or piece of ground situate in the Township of Stroud, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, being Lot or Lots No. 380 Section C-2, as is more particularly set forth on the Plot Map of Cranberry Hill Corporation, Penn Estates, as same is duly recorded in the Office for the Recording of Deeds, etc., Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania in Plot Book Vol. 62, Page 271.
UNDER AND SUBJECT TO the restrictions of record, and as more fully set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
Meaning and intending to describe and convey the same premises as more particularly described and conveyed by Deed dated June 16, 2000 and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of said County on June 22, 2000 in Deed Book 2080, Page 3720, and otherwise known as 6223 Blue Beech Drive, East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18301, East Stroudsburg, Uniform Parcel No. 17/87831.
Being the same premises which Cranberry Hill Corporation, by Deed dated 06/16/2000 and recorded 06/22/2000, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for the County of Monroe, in Deed Book 2080, Page 3720, granted and conveyed unto Chou Oh Chen, married and Eric E. Chen, unmarried, in fee.
AND the said Chou Oh Chen has departed this life on or about 09/18/2024 thereby vesting title of the mortgaged premises unto Eric E. Chen, Individually and as Known heir of Chou Oh Chen, Deceased, Eugenia Chen, known heir of Chou Oh Chen, Deceased, Unknown Heirs, Successors, Assigns, and all Persons, Firms, or Associations Claiming Right, Title or Interest from or under Chou Oh Chen.
