Bid Cancellation and Re-Advertisement NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the MOORESTOWN TOWNSHIP BOARD of EDUCATION is cancelling the receipt and opening of bids originally planned for February 27, 2026, in response to bid advertisement 26-12 Ground Services and instead re-advertising a new request for sealed bids for 26-13 Grounds Services in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(a), (b), and (d), with the new bid opening date being March 11, 2026.
Bids were originally scheduled to be received in response to bid advertisement 26-12 Ground Services on February 27, 2026; however, the original bid 26-12 has been cancelled in its entirety due to a lack of adequate timeline associated with the advertisement pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21 and N.J.A.C. 5:34-9.3 (a). Bidders may retrieve any bids submitted in response to bid advertisement 26-12 Ground Services before its cancellation, or which were sent but had not yet arrived by the time of cancellation, and for any bids not picked up by a bidder within 10 business days after being notified of their availability, the Board will return them, unopened, by certified or overnight mail.
Despite the cancellation of bid advertisement 26-12, a new request for sealed bids from interested bidders is instead being made through this readvertisement pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(d) and N.J.A.C. 5:34-9.3(a)(4), and as further explained below.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered to the Office of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary of MOORESTOWN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION on or before the date and time indicated below. The envelope is to bear the following information:

The bid opening process will begin on the advertised date and time at the Moorestown Township Board of Education, 803 N Stanwick Road, Moorestown, NJ 08057. Bids may also be submitted to the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary or their designee at the bid opening meeting, prior to the advertised date and time. On the advertised date and time, the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary shall publicly receive and open all bids.
No bids shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement. (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b)).
At this time the Board of Education does not accept electronic (e-mail) submissions of bids.
"Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq."
Statement of Ownership Requirement: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, Bidders shall submit a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all persons and entities that own ten percent or more of its stock or interest of any type at all levels of ownership.
A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor Questionnaire/Certification also must be submitted with the bid. The bid package will also include other documents that must be completed and returned with the bid. Failure to comply with Instructions to Bidders and to complete and submit all required forms may be cause for disqualification and rejection of the bid.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any non-responsive bids or all bids, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions, that may be in the best interest of the Board.
