The proposed ordinance amends the affordable housing regulations to update them in accordance with recent changes in the requirements pertaining to the construction of low- and moderate-income housing in the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills and thereby addresses the fair share housing obligation of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills under the New Jersey Fair Housing Act. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Township Council may take official action on the proposed ordinance at the public hearing.
