NOTICE OF DECISION BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TOWNSHIP OF WALL     PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on February 18, 2026, the Board of Adjustment of the Township of Wall, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, adopted a Resolution granting approval with variances to the Applicants, Steven Bomba and Diane Bomba, for the addition of a covered front porch to the existing residence, a small two story addition to the west side of the existing residence to connect a new attached garage and a one story addition to the rear of the residence. A proposed driveway extension to connect to the new attached garage, a paver walk to connect the existing driveway to the new covered front porch, a new rear patio and a new rear walkway to connect the proposed exterior outdoor shower to the rear of the proposed new attached garage are also proposed, together with related site improvements on property known as BLOCK 881, LOT 3 on the Tax Map of the Township of Wall.
