City of Harbor Springs PUBLIC NOTICE Board of Review Meeting The City of Harbor Springs Board of Review will hold an organizational meeting Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 9:00 am at City Hall, 160 Zoll Street, Harbor Springs, MI 49740. The purpose of the meeting is to review the 2025 Assessment Roll as prepared by the Assessor. Taxpayers have the opportunity to voice any concerns and or protest their assessed property value to the Board of Review on: Monday, March 9, 2026 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Thursday, March 12, 2026 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
