Well 32 Tie-In (107th Ave. & Encanto Blvd)
Notice is hereby given that the City of Avondale is accepting sealed bids electronically to secure a qualified Vendor(s) to provide the City with Well 32 Tie-In (107th Ave. & Encanto Blvd) (the “Services”) as more particularly described in the solicitation.
Bids must be received by 5:00 p.m. (Phoenix Local Time) on March 23rd, 2026 and must be submitted online through OpenGov, only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids through the OpenGov Website address: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/avondaleaz. Bids will only be accepted online in a pdf format. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held via Teams Meeting - Conference, March 5th, 2026 at 11:00 AM. All questions must be in writing and submitted through OpenGov no later than March 12, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.
Invitation for Bids Packets will be available online after Wednesday, February 25, 2026, for download at www.avondaleaz.gov/procurement or https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/avondaleaz.
