Jesse and Michelle Abdelnour have applied to the Planning Board for a Definitive “Frontage” Subdivision Plan under the requirements of the City of Worcester’s Subdivision Rules & Regulations. Presently on the premises is a single-family detached dwelling. The property is split zoned between the RS-10 (Residence, Single-Family) and RS-7 (Residence, Single-Family) zoning districts. The applicant seeks to divide the property into two lots to facilitate future construction of a single-family detached dwelling on the newly created Lot 2, with the existing single-family to remain on Lot 1 (PB-2026-021).
A public hearing on the application will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 5:30PM in the Levi Lincoln Chamber, 3rd floor of the City Hall, 455 Main Street, Worcester, MA.
