That at the Byram Planning Board meeting on February 19, 2026, the following business took place:
ADOPTED a resolution memorializing its decision at the Planning Board Meeting of February 5, 2026, granting approval to Robert Gockeler, for the maximum footprint of accessory structures, for ex post facto approval for the construction of three accessory structures, in-cluding a shed, greenhouse, and chicken coop, located at 183 Forest Lake Drive, Block 360, Lot 1.01, which premises are in the R2 Zone.
