Roll Call/Call to Order Vice-President Pat Stief called the meeting to order at 10:00 am. The following were in attendance: Russ Eimers, President, Amana (via conference call); Pat Stief, Vice President, Traer; Brandon Craighton, Secretary/Treasurer, Ogden; Tim Heisdorffer, Director, Farmers Electric; Kevin Kirchner, Director, Vinton; and Jake Froehlich, Director, Story City. Also in attendance: Doug Collins, Matthew Harward (Healy Law Offices), Eric McEwen, and Shannon Safley. II. Actions Taken All actions taken below were approved unanimously unless otherwise stated. Tim Heisdorffer motioned to approve the June 20, 2025 meeting minutes. Brandon Craighton seconded.Jake Froehlich motioned to approve the June 26, 2025 meeting minutes.
