NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF HAMPTON COUNTY COUNCIL   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hampton County Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 2 2026, in Council Chambers in the Administrative Offices Building located at 200 Jackson Avenue East, Hampton, South Carolina 29924, an ordinance to amend an agreement for the development for Joint County industrial Park to include additional property in the park.   At the time and place fixed for this public hearing, all taxpayers, residents or other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the matters contemplated by the Ordinance. Any persons wishing to submit written comments may submit them to 200 Jackson Avenue East, Hampton, South Carolina 29924, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026.   In compliance with ADA Section 504, Hampton County is prepared to make accommodations for individuals with disabilities needing special assistance. Special assistance requests should be made to the County Council Office at (803) 914-2103 at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled public hearing.
