PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE AMENDMENT TO TOWN OF UNION COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FFY 2025 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN   The Town of Union is proposing amendments to the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2025 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The first proposed amendment will provide CDBG funds for planned Southern Tier Community Center (STCC) Capital Improvement projects set to begin in April 2026. The second amendment will use Unprogrammed CDBG funds to create a Temporary Emergency Utility Assistance program for eligible Town of Union, Village of Endicott & Johnson City residents. This notice alone does not imply final approval of CDBG funding.
