PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

In accordance with the Town of Bellingham's Zoning By-Laws §240-16, Development Plan Approval, and §240-54, Stormwater Management, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Arcand Meeting Room at the Bellingham Municipal Center, 10 Mechanic Street, Bellingham, MA 02019.
The applicant and owner, Maple Street Development, LLC, propose to amend the Development Plan Approval and Stormwater Management Permit, dated February 13, 2025, to allow outdoor storage of equipment and retail sales located at 239 Maple Street in Bellingham, approximately 7.2 acres of land, shown on Assessor's Map 37, Lots 3 and 3A zoned Industrial.
The plans were prepared by Independence Engineering, LLC, 161 East Grove Street, Suite 3, Middleboro, MA 02346. The applications and plans may be viewed at the Planning and Zoning Office or Town Clerk's office in the Municipal Center, 10 Mechanic Street in Bellingham, MA during regular Municipal Center business hours.
