In the Court of Chancery of the States of Delaware, C.A. No. 2026-0025 RCF V Annex Fund L.P. hereby gives notice that RCF V Annex Fund L.P. represented by the law offices of Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP (Morgan Patterson, Esq.) has filed a Petition for Appointment of Receiver Pursuant to 6 Del. C. § 18-805 in the Court of Chancery of Delaware on the basis that the appointment of a receiver on behalf of RCF V Annex Fund LLC, a dissolved Delaware limited liability corporation, is warranted to take actions that are necessary to deregister RCF V Annex Fund LLC as a limited liability company that is registered to do business in the Federative Republic of Brazil. Petitioner has received Court authorization to serve RCF V Annex Fund LLC, a dissolved Delaware corporation, via publication (pursuant to 10 Del. C. § 18-105 by giving notice of this action by (a) publishing notice in The News Journal, Wilmington, Delaware, (RCF V Annex Fund LLC's state of incorporation) and (b) by serving copies of the summons and the verified petition by certified mail on Mason Hills who is the former vice president of RCF V Annex Fund LLC at his business address. Any parties having an interest in this proceeding may contest the Petition by filing an answer in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware within twenty (20) days after publication of this notice.
