NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR INJECTION WELL PERMIT INTO A NONPRODUCTIVE FORMATION Munson, David M. Inc.12221 Merrit Drive, Suite 930 Dallas, TX 75251 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a porous formation which is not productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to dispose of oil and gas waste into the Ellenburger Formation in its Munson "17" Lease, Well Number 1. The proposed injection well is located 5.7 miles Northeast of Barnhart, Texas in the Lavan (Wolfcamp) Field, in Irion County, Texas. The fluid waste will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 8,593 to 9,200 feet.
