The above-named individuals, whose current residences are unknown, and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees whose addresses are also unknown, are hereby notified that a Complaint for Sale of Real Estate to Avoid the Suffering of Waste has been filed by Amanda Morris, Guardian of the Estate of Gwen Farley, an incompetent person, Case No. PG20260002 of the Probate Court of Fairfield County, Ohio, on the following described real estate:

Situated in the County of Fairfield, State of Ohio, and in the City of Lancaster, and being more particularly described as follows:
Being known and designated as Lot Number (4) in William Cox's First Addition to the said City of Lancaster, as delineated on the recorded plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 1, Page 4 in the Recorder's Office of Fairfield County, Ohio.

Defendants are required to set up any interest that they may have in said premises or be forever barred; that upon failure of Defendants to establish any such interest, said premises may be sold free and clear of all claims, liens, and interest of any parties herein. Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 27th day of April 2026 or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
