REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The School District of Escambia County will be requiring professional services under an annual continuing contract (with the option of three (3) - 12 month renewals) for the following: Building Commissioning Services Environmental Consulting Services Land Surveying Services Mechanical Engineering Services The services utilized under these contracts will be on an “as-needed” basis for projects throughout the school district with no specific dollar amount associated with the contract. Those firms interested in providing services under annual contract should submit a letter of interest detailing their background and experience and submit six (6) bound copies of Standard Form 330. Reply in writing to the attention of M. Keith Wasdin, Director of Facilities Planning, 30 East Texar Dr., Room 158, Pensacola, FL 32503, no later than 2 p.m., local time, on Monday, March 23, 2026. The School District’s Evaluation/Selection Committee will meet Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., local time in the Office of Facilities Planning, 30 East Texar Drive, Room 158, Pensacola, FL 32503.
